(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5440 of 2020 dated 12.03.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5440 of 2020 dated 12.03.2020 with some conditions. Due to the Corona Pandemic situation, the petitioner could not comply with the condition within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one week time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
