Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for depositing original title deeds of immovable property worth Rs.5 Lakhs before the District Munsiff cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli for 10 more days from the date of receipt of the order in Crl.M.P.No.2562/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10656/2020 order dated 08.03.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.ASHOK KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
