The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to release the service benefits including pension and provident fund amount Account Number TB/VLR/0004170/000/0000593 and other savings benefits are pending in Account Number-242092984 at Kancheepuram Central Cooperative Bank Melmaruvathur Branch by considering the representation dated 25.09.2017 made by the petitioner within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Mr.L.P.Shanmughasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
