[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.,] This writ petition has been filed seeking action against 2nd respondent pursuant to the notice issued by the first respondent under Section 205(1)(2) of Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that appropriate steps would be taken on the notice issued under Section 205(1)(2) of Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
