The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to direct the fourth respondent to return the (1) Original UG Certificate, (2) Original PG Mark Sheet, (3) Original PG Degree Certificate and all other original documents submitted by the petitioner at the time of his admission of the Post Graduation Course along with Experience Certificate for the service rendered as per the bond period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that ends of justice would be met if a direction is given to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.2.2023 in the light of the orders passed by this Court in P.Ruba Devi v. The State of Tamil Nadu and others [W.P.No.26461 of 2022, dated 17.10.2022]; and in Dr.Raghavendra.H v. The State of Tamil Nadu and others [W.P.No.33597 of 2022, dated 14.12.2022]. 2/5

Considering the narrow scope of the relief sought by learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.2.2023 in the light of the orders passed by this Court in P.Ruba Devi v. The State of Tamil Nadu and others [W.P.No.26461 of 2022, dated 17.10.2022]; and in Dr.Raghavendra.H v. The State of Tamil Nadu and others [W.P.No.33597 of 2022, dated 14.12.2022], and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
