ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.5(b) of the order dated 09.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.600 of 2025. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report is yet to be filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.600 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
