This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the guise of inquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, on a complaint given by the petitioner's wife against this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.502 of 2015.
4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
