ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place on 29.11.2021 and FIR has been registered on 20.11.2025 and therefore the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
2. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent Police would strongly oppose the Anticipatory Bail application on the ground that the petitioner has impersonated the de facto complainant and created a fabricated document by forging the non traceable certificate as if the same was given by Bangalore Malleswara Police Station.
3. It is the further submission of the learned Government Advocate that unless the petitioner is taken custody, the question of involvement of others could not be identified. Such factum could not be faulted.
4. In view of the above, as rightly submitted by the learned Government Advocate, there is no change in circumstances from the earlier dismissal of Anticipatory Bail on 11.12.2025, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
