ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to direct the third respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 21.07.2015, investigate the same and to file a final report within the stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Ravi, Sreenivasan and Sampath on 21.07.2015 alleging certain civil disputes and since the complaint has not been registered came forward with this petition.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondents have conducted enquiry and closed the complaint and has also produced a copy of the closure report. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint has already been closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
