This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.444 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent-Police and to quash the F.I.R pending against the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. On reading of F.I.R this Court finds that there are prima facie materials available as against the petitioner. The grounds taken by the petitioner for quashing the F.I.R are nothing but defence which can be agitated only after filing of the charge sheet before the court and during trial not at this stage.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.06.2025 mfa Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No
