Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondents to register FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.08.2015.

ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.08.2015.

2.The petitioner lodged a complaint as against Marianathan, Sagayadoss, Arockiasamy and Rosario stating that the said persons by creating forged documents and sold the lands belonging to the Temple in Cheyyur. Though the complaint has been assigned C.S.R.No.206 of 2015, till date no action has been taken. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this petitioner has nothing to do with the Temple and infact no complaint was lodged by the Temple Authorities and sought for dismissal of the petition.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner replied that the counter petitioners with the help of the Government employees had created forged documents and encroached the Temple lands and sought for a direction.

5.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 6.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner which has been assigned C.S.R.No.206 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

7.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
