ORDER
This petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 30.12.2014 on the file of the Superintendent of Police, Villupuram. 2.Though very many contentions have been raised in the petition, at the time of making submissions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 30.12.2014 lodged by the petitioner as against her father that would suffice.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired into by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tindivanam and it was closed and also produced a copy of the closure report for the perusal of this Court and further submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner's father, FIR has been registered. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that since the complaint lodged by the petitioner has already been closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tindivanam is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
