The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2011 in C.S.R.No.1737 of 2011 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint against one Kirubakaran and others. But, the said complaint was not registered so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the same set of allegation, already a FIR has been registered, on the complaint lodged by another person, in Crime No.1011 of 2011 for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC on 06.10.2011. The petitioner is added as witness in the said complaint. Therefore, there is no need to give any direction as prayed for by the petitioner.
