Though this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to implead the District Collector, Chengalpattu, Collectorate, GST Road, Chengalpattu - 603 001 as the third respondent in the above writ petition, however, considering the nature of the order to be passed in the main writ petition, this Court is of the view that, the impleadment of the proposed respondent is not necessary.

Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
