This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in any manner either at his residence or

elsewhere in connection with the cases pertaining to his brother, Suthakar.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that no FIR or complaint is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police. 3.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that since no complaint or FIR is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police, the respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
