O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.02.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint against her daughter-in-law viz., Indira alleging that she was threatened with dire consequences. But the said complaint was not registered so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said Indira is none other than the daughter-in-law of the petitioner and the dispute between the petitioner and the said Indira is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with regard to right over a trade mark. In fact, the said Indira has also lodged a complaint against the petitioner and both the complaints were enquired into and subsequently, closed and he has also produced the closure report for the perusal of this Court.

4. Since the complaint has already been closed, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
