O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.08.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 307 IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.1576 of 2020, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 02.08.2020 the petitioner along with other accused persons formed an unlawful assembly with deadly weapons and assaulted the defacto complainant and damaged the petty shop to the tune of Rs.1,500/-.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would vehemently oppose stating that the petition filed by the coaccused in Crl.O.P.No.13396 of 2020 has been very recently dismissed by this Court on 01.09.2020 and the petitioner is similarly placed as that of the other accused. He would further submit that the petitioner is having three previous cases to his credit.
5.Taking into consideration of the submissions so made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and also considering the fact that the bail petition of the co-accused was dismissed by this Court very recently on 01.09.2020 and the petitioner is having three previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6.This criminal original petition stands dismissed accordingly.
