Seeking a direction to the 5th respondent to entrust the investigation relating to the death of Smt.R.Jayalakshmi to a Superior Officer in the C.B.C.I.D., the petitioner, who is a party in person, has come forward to file this writ petition. Unfortunately, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents No.4 and 5 has produced a judgment rendered by the Sessions Court in S.C.No.222 of 2008 on the file of Mahila Court, Thiruchirapalli, by which, after full fledged trial, the order of acquittal has been rendered.
3. In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
