2. Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner/ appellant.

3. Mr.C.Prabhu, learned advocate for the first respondent has vehemently opposed the petitions.

4. Having heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and having considered the material on record, this Court finds that the delay is properly explained. Delay is condoned and these petitions are allowed.

5. Registry is directed to give regular numbers to the appeals and list the same on 18.07.2022.
