JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The writ order dated 09.03.2022 in W.P.No. 28824 of 2013 is under challenge in the present appeal.
2.The writ court dismissed the writ petition mainly on the ground that the petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.2178 of 2005 challenging the very same impugned order. The said writ petition was disposed of on 08.02.2013, granting liberty to pursue the matter before the Government by submitting a proper representation. Instead of pursuing the remedy before the Competent Authority, the writ petitioner has chosen to file another writ petition seeking the same relief by challenging the very same impugned order. 3.Thus, the dismissal of the writ petition cannot be construed as an infirmity. Consequently, the writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. (S.M.S., J.) (M.S.Q., J.) sli 25-10-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order
