ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, challenging the impugned order dated 11.09.2025 passed by the third respondent, rejecting the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2025, seeking for cancellation of the sub division patta as against the respondents 4 to 7.

2. Admittedly, there is an appellate remedy available to the petitioner, if aggrieved by the impugned order dated 11.09.2025 before the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner is willing to exercise the appellate remedy available before the second respondent.

4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 7, notice to the respondents 4 to 7 is dispensed with by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to file an appeal as against the impugned order dated 11.09.2025 passed by the third respondent before the second respondent within a period of fifteen days

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said appeal by the second respondent, the second respondent shall dispose of the said appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
