... Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner through interfering the civil dispute and not to preventing the petitioner who is doing agriculture in his land.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the counter party and also not to prevent the petitioner from doing the agriculture in his land.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from one Saminathan, the counter party of the petitioner herein. He was issued CSR.No.110 of 2020, conducted enquiry and the same was also closed on 10.07.2020. After closing the said CSR, there is no other complaint pending as against the petitioner. 3.Considering the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent has already conducted enquiry and closed the complaint lodged by one Saminathan. Hence, the 2nd respondent has no role to play in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the counter party https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in respect of their agricultural land.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
