This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction for withdrawal of investigation of case in Crime No.352 of 2016 dated 13.03.2016, which is now pending before the 2nd respondent, and entrust the same to the file of 3rd respondent for proper investigation and to file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.352 of 2016 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
