This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.30 of 2011 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Tiruppur and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first accused is no more and the accused 3 and 4 have been treated as witnesses, and hence the issue is said to be closed in respect of the accused 1, 3 and 4. In respect of the other accused, he submitted that charge sheet will be filed within a period of three weeks.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. It is made clear that the charge sheet in respect of the accused other than the accused 1, 3 and 4, shall be filed before the concerned Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
