The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR bearing Cr.No.564/2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation, the respondent police has already filed charge sheet on 12.10.2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, Panrutti and the same was taken on file.

4. Since charge sheet has been filed, the prayer in the petition has become infructuous. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
