J U D G M E N T

(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) Challenging the dismissal of the bail petition by the Special Court under the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (Sessions Court for Exclusive Trial for Bomb Blast and POTA Cases) Chennai at Poonamallee, the appellant is 1/4

before this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that the appellant was an Under-Trial Prisoner and faced trial in Spl.S.C.No.15 of 2022. After a fullfledged trial, the appellant has been convicted on 13.08.2025 and therefore, the question of consideration of bail to the appellant does not arise. It was prayed that the present appeal may be dismissed as infructuous. The said submission has not been refuted by the learned counsel for the appellant.

3. In view of the above submissions, we are of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this appeal. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
