Alleging a fraud has been committed, the petitioners made a representation on 28.11.2014.* On receipt of the said representation, the respondent no.1 has referred the same to the respondent no.2 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

take appropriate action. The petitioner has sent another representation on 13.06.2015 to the respondent no.2. Despite the same, no action is taken by the respondent no.2 and hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the communication sent by the respondent no.1 to the respondent no.2, which is pending consideration apart from the representation dated 13.06.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioners as well as to any third parties.
