This above captioned Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, one A.Venkatachalam seeking to implead himself as 3rd respondent in W.P.No.17489 of 2016.

2.The respondents herein have not filed any counter opposing the said application.

3.The affidavit filed in support of this Application has been perused and the reasons set out therein appears to be bonafide and warrant. The petitioner herein would also submit that his interest would be seriously jeopardized if the Writ Petition is ordered in his absence. 4.Hence, the above captioned Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
