This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1461 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28795 of 2024, dated 03.02.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10:30 a.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1461 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28795 of 2024, dated 03.02.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10:30 a.m., is relaxed.
