ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.179 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30125 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.30125 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.179 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30125 of 2024 dated 09.01.2025 is relaxed.
