relating to the auction notice in Na.Ka.No.93/2020/A2 issued by the respondent on 31.08.2020 to be held on 15.09.2020 at the respondent office and quash the same and further direct the respondent to reserve the shops of the same size of the old shops in the new bus stand at ground floor as per the compromise arrived with the petitioners effected through the resolution passed in Resolution No.24 of 2018 dated 07.03.2018 for the nominal rent as fixed prior to the auction to be held on 15.09.2020. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"Now the petitioners are running their respective shops in the respondent's panchayat as per order made in W.P.No.12454 of 2020 dated 08.09.2020. Hence the W.P. Become infructuous and withdrawn"

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
