ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 318(4) of BNS, 66D of IT Amendment Act, 2008 in Crime No.23 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The allegation against the petitioner is that, he has handled the account of A1 and that the petitioner's account has been misused. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would strongly oppose by stating that this petitioner as well as the first accused have cheated a sum Rs.10 lakhs to the various persons by creating false web site. He would further submit that unless the petitioner is taken custody, the question of involvement of other accused could not be elucidated. He would also submit that there are 8 NCRP complaints pending against this petitioner.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court does not find any merits in this petition. 2/4
