ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5684 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to back pain, the petitioner could not appear before the respondent Police for 14 days. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation, but the petitioner not appeared for 14 days from 16.03.2025 to 02.07.2025.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders, is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
