The present Writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to return the petitioner impounded passport bearing Passport 1/3

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impounding order dated 16.06.2016 passed by the respondent impounding the petitioner's passport, in the manner known to law.

3. Recording the above submissions and granting such liberty, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
