Comp. A.No.192 of 2022 in C.P.No.274 of 2009 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J This application is filed to invite claims from creditors of the company in liquidation, and for ancillary orders in relation thereto.

2. In support of this application, the Official Liquidator has filed a report dated 31.05.2022. In the said report, it is stated that the company has Rs.5,37,00,838/- in the form of cash in the bank and investments. Therefore, the present applicant has been filed.

3. Upon examining the report of the Official Liquidator, it is clear that this application is liable to be allowed so as to enable the Official Liquidator to call for and adjudicate claims, and make disbursements pursuant thereto. Accordingly, C.A.No.192 of 2022 is allowed by granting the reliefs prayed for in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of paragraph 9 of the report.
