ORDER
This Court, by order dated 27.08.2018 in W.P.No.21649 of 2018, has directed the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners dated 23.10.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Cont.P.No.741 of 2020 Since the said order has not been complied with within the time frame fixed by this Court, the petitioners have come up with the present contempt petition.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that after enquiry, the appeal filed by the petitioners was dismissed. Hence, according to the learned Additional Government Pleader, the order of this Court has been complied with.
3.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
