This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7396 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have not been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the petitioners have two previous cases.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7396 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate, twice a week, i.e., on Tuesday and Friday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
