O R D E R
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint dated 03.10.2015 in accordance with law.
2. This petitioner has lodged a complaint as against one Palani, Arul and Suresh alleging that the said counter petitioners threatened the petitioner not to participate in the auction conducted by the bank. But the said complaint was not registered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is A3 in Cr.No.564 of 2015. As a counter blast, this present complaint has been filed by the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint along with a copy of this order to the respondent police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such complaint, the respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and upon such enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent police is directed to proceed further in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders on merits as early as possible.
5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
