PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to call for the record pertaining to the case registered in Crime No.328 of 2012 for the offence under section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w. Section 7(i)(a)(ii) of E.C.Act 1955 and 353, 307 IPC, pending on the file of the respondent namely the Inspector of Police, CSCID, Cuddalore Range, Villupuram and quash the FIR as far as this petitioner is concerned. For Petitioner : M/s.T.Nithya For Respondent : Mr.S.Karthikeyan Additional Public Prosecutor.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.328 of 2012 on the file of the respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent completed the investigation and also filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Villupuram. Now, it is pending for committal in P.R.C.No.43 of 2020. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Further, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if so advised.
