ORDER

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having challenged the order of suspension and in the mean while, he retired from service and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous, the same may be closed as infructuous. Considering such submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge his continuous suspension in an appropriate forum, if so advised. No costs.
