ORDER

(Judgement of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The judgement dated 06.02.2015 passed in W.A.No.178 of 2015 is sought to be reviewed in the present review application.

2. It is not in dispute that the order sought to be reviewed dated 06.02.2015 in W.A.No.178 of 2015 was taken by way of an SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The Hon'ble Supreme Court dismissed the SLP as withdrawn and granted liberty. Thus, the present review petition has been filed.

3. The writ appeal was disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Corporation of Chennai to consider the representation on merits and in accordance with law, submitted by the petitioner. On account 2/4

of efflux of time, the relief sought for, itself lost its relevance. More so, the appeal filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court was dismissed.

4. We do not find any error apparent warranting interreference. Accordingly, the review application stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
