O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, to direct the second respondent police to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.07.2021 and consequently take action against the accused persons. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has already filed a complaint before the Poonamallee Police Station and the same was closed. Again, she filed the complaint and the same was taken on file as C.S.R.No.267 of 2021 and closed on 01.07.2021. However, the petitioner has not challenged the said closure of the complaints and now, again she has filed another complaint and the same is pending for enquiry.

4.Even though, the complaints given by the petitioner were already closed, she has not challenged the said closure of the complaints and now again she filed the present complaint. 5.In the light of the above facts, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to proceed with the closure of the complaints in accordance with law.
