ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.09.2015.

2. In the petition, it is stated that the petitioner is an agriculturist in profession. It is further submitted that already there is a family dispute between one Sakthi, who is working in the Police department and the petitioner's younger brother. On 17.09.2015, at about 7.30p.m., when the petitioner returned to his house, after finishing his musical works in the Vinayakar Procession, the said Sakthi along with his henchmen were standing in front of the petitioner's house with deadly weapons and called the petitioner's younger brother's sons, namely, Devaraj and Rajesakar. When the petitioner questioned the said Sakthi, he abused him in filthy language. The petitioner lodged a complaint on 18.09.2015 before the second respondent police, but no action has been taken so far. 3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the present complaint is a counter blast to the complaint given by one Nagappan.

5. Considering the factual aspects, since the complaint has been lodged by the petitioner as a counter blast, this Court cannot give any direction in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
