[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 248 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners.

3. Though Mr.K.N.Pandian takes notice for the respondent and he seriously opposes allowing the petition, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission on 30.04.2026, if the papers are otherwise in order.
