GEORGE, CHENNAI-9 3 MRS.DEEPA JAYAKUMAR 4 MR.DEEPAK JAYAKUMAR Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an order of Ad-Interim Direction, directing the 2nd Respondent herein to do the necessary D.N.A. matching of the Petitioner with that of Late Ms.J.Jayalalithaa in accordance with the measures directed by this Honble Court, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition No.33762/2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.PRAKASH SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.A.ARUMUGA NAINAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SAMY CHINNAPILLAI, Advocate for the 3rd respondent and of MR.G.DHANDAPANI, Advocate for the 4th respondent, the court made the following order:- Mr.Samy Chinnapillai, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent/Deepa Jayakumar and Mr.G.Dhandapani, learned counsel takes notice for the 4th respondent/Deepak Jayakumar.

2. Mr.V.Prakash, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners strongly objected to the impleading petition filed by one P.A.Joseph, Party-in-Person, on the ground that he is a third party, apart from stating that the latter has not even served a paper on him to rebut the points raised in the said impleading petition.

3. At request of the learned counsel appearing for the impleaded 3rd and 4th respondents and the learned Advocate General appearing for the State, Registry is directed to list this matter on 03.02.2018 (Saturday) after obtaining necessary orders from the Hon'ble The Chief Justice.

4. In the meantime, parties are directed to exchange the pleadings, to enable them submit their respective objections. Respondents are directed to file counter, on merits as well as on maintainability, before 25.01.2018 and Reply, if any, shall be filed before 02.02.2018.
