Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand Only) with two sureties each for the like sum pursuant to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.2042 of 2021 by order dated 28.04.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
