The prayer sought for in these applications are to extend the time for completion of the cases.

The learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal ie., one year time has been completed on 10.02.2019 within which period, pleadings have been completed and therefore according to the learned counsel for both sides, it will take another one year to complete the arbitration proceedings.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the Arbitral tribunal for a further period of one year from 10.02.2019, within which period, it is expected that the arbitration proceedings would be concluded and final award would be passed.
