This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents forbearing from taking possession of the land belonging to the petitioner in S.Nos.624 and 624/20, Poonamallee Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur, without following the due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that only after following the due procedure by the respondent authorities, possession will be taken from the petitioner.
