ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner namely Sritharan, S/o Balaraman, Life convict, Ct.4319, now confined in the Central Prison, Coimbatore before the Court and for a consequential direction to consider the petitioner's case immediately under G.O.Ms.No.64 Home (PrisonIV) Department dated 01.02.2018, for premature release and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed suicide. The said fact is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
