There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 02.09.2016, hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 09.09.2016. On 09.09.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that he has already handed over the bundle to the party and also given change of vakalat, this Court directed to post the case on 12.09.2016 by directing the Registry to print the name of the Petitioner in the cause list. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through the learned counsel. Therefore, the criminal revision is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
